Prehospital Ultrasound Academy

Adventure Medics is excited to present the Prehospital Ultrasound Academy, a comprehensive course led by Drew Congdon, BASc, FP-C, CCP-C. This intensive program is designed for EMS providers seeking advanced point-of-care ultrasound skills in austere and prehospital environments.

Combining didactic instruction, hands-on scanning stations, and realistic simulation, participants will develop proficiency in ultrasound physics, image acquisition, and interpretation across pulmonary, focused cardiac, carotid, eFAST, and trauma assessments. Emphasis is placed on clinical integration, decision-making, quality assurance, and program implementation.

Led by a nationally recognized educator and pioneer in prehospital ultrasound education, this course prepares providers to immediately apply these critical skills to improve patient outcomes.
